Scheduling Delivery Date:
Assuming product is in season and there is not a two-week advance order necessary (necessary for all South American product), orders must be placed by 5:00 pm PST to be shipped out the next business day. We must harvest, process, and hydrate your flowers in order to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition. Flowers can be delivered Tuesday through Friday on products shipped next day air and Wednesday through Friday on those products shipped 2nd day air. There is a $15 surcharge for Saturday delivery.
For a Saturday wedding, FlowersBulbs.com suggests a Thursday delivery. In the rare instance that a problem with shipping may arise, this gives us time to send you another batch of flowers if needed. We will ship your flowers to arrive on Friday if your order is made late enough or if you insist that is when you want them, however Oregon Coastal Flowers cannot be resonsible for replacing flowers that arrive damaged on a Friday or for delivery failures on Friday or Saturday.
Orders may be placed at any time, in fact the earlier the better. However, prices and availability are subject to change. We may need to substitute a similar color or size to fulfill your order. In any case, if substitutions are made, you will never receive less value than your original order (e.g. if you order premium flowers and because of seasonal conditions we are only able to supply the standard size, we will substitute with additional flowers). If substitutions are not acceptable, please make us aware of that at time of ordering. Be aware that our flowers are naturally grown in our fields and that extreme weather conditions or acts of God can change the availability of our flowers overnight. In almost all cases, we can find flowers that will work for your occasion, however, flexibility on your part is appreciated in all cases and required under extreme circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order or make changes to it at any time up to one full week prior to shipment date (not delivery date). Within this last week, 25% of the order will be charged to your credit card for cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be charged 100% of the order. This includes product that has been shipped from our South American farm, possibly several days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Payment:
We accept either Visa or Mastercard, along with money orders sent via mail. Our online store is 100% secure using the latest in encryption technology. When ordering online, your credit card funds are verified to meet the amount of your purchase, however, funds are not actually debited until the day before or day of shipping. This can be a problem if the morning that your flowers are to be shipped you do not have sufficient funds. We will not ship until we get paid, even if they are flowers for your wedding. Please be sure there are sufficient funds to make payment on your credit card. Of course we will do our best to get a hold of you by phone and e-mail, however, there have been circumstances where we’ve not been unable to get a hold of a bride.
Shipping:
We ship using FedEx Standard Overnight delivery for most of our flowers so that they will arrive as fresh as possible. We ship using 2nd day air for the large white calla lilies. For an additional fee of $15, you may request Fed Ex Priority Overnight or Saturday Delivery upgrades.
Because all of our flowers are cut per your order and shipped overnight, delivery is not available on Sundays, Mondays or FedEx holidays. We are also unable to ship outside the U.S. or to a P.O. Box. Because we cannot guarantee time required to clear customs, etc. we are unable to export flowers outside of the United States. You may, of course order from outside the country if shipping to an address within the U.S. Oregon Coastal Flowers cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries.
In case of the rare instance of a FedEx delivery delay due to weather related problems, Oregon Coastal Flowers is not responsible for either the flower cost or shipping cost.
Flower Color:
We sell cut flowers only by color categories. We only guarantee that you will receive one of the varieties within the color range category(s) you choose. Throughout a production season, there are natural variations in color and varietal production. We guarantee color range. We do not refund if you are not satisfied with the flower color received within these color categories. See color range information.
Stem Length:
We guarantee we will deliver to you the size of flower you order. We may periodically substitute with a taller flower; however, we will not substitute without your permission a smaller flower than what you order. If you receive taller flowers than what you want, simply cut the stem as short as you need them for your vase or arrangement.
Guarantee/Claim Policy:
We guarantee that that all flowers sold are true to name, color range and stem length, that they are of commercial quality, and that they arrive in good shape and without defect, or your money back. Please inspect your flowers immediately upon arrival and report any flower damage or other concerns the day your flowers arrive. Oregon Coastal Flowers will only extend a credit or refund when the claim is made on the day the product arrives

We highly recommend our customer or their representative is present at the time of delivery. It is not our responsibility if you miss the delivery and the flowers arrive damaged because of excessive travel time. Oregon Coastal Flowers will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the product during delivery, damage to the flowers due to freezing temperatures or extreme heat, or FedEx delays. Flowers are shipped F.O.B. Tillamook, Oregon or Miami, FL and once they leave our doors, you own the product. Of course if there is damage during shipment because of FedEx abuse, Oregon Coastal Flowers will help facilitate a claim to FedEx on your behalf.
Please report any damage, defects, or missing flowers to us immediately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Oregon Coastal Flowers due to flower damage, you may request a refund or credit limited to the actual price of the flowers, not to include shipping and box and handling charges. If the total cost is by the box including shipping, the real price of shipping and handling will be subtracted from the credit total. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be cause for credit or refund of the entire shipment, nor rejection of the entire shipment. Additionally, Oregon Coastal Flowers will only extend a credit or refund when the claim or complaint is made on the day the product arrives. We require up to two business working days to make a decision and finalize a claim. After expiry of the terms mentioned above, customer is deemed to have approved the products delivered.
We do reserve the right to inspect any disputed orders. In most cases, digital photographs will be required to show all the flowers you are requesting a refund on (i.e. all flowers that you’re requesting a credit for must be in the picture).
We are not responsible if you do not process your flowers according to our flower care instructions. Care instructions are available on our website as a courtesy but it is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions and that they have basic flower handling skills. Never use walk in coolers, freezers or home refrigerators as these are not suited to fresh flower storage and can damage your flowers.
