Planting Instructions:  Anemones are some of the first perennial bulbs to bloom in the spring.  They are a welcome sight with their bright colors.  Easy to grow, anemones thrive in rich, moist soil, one which drains well in the winter.  Plant 1-2” deep and 3-4” apart for a good splash of color each spring.  Anemones like it cool and will thrive in shady spots as well as sunny spots with mulch on the soil.  Store bulbs in your refridgerator until planting.  Soak in water for 24 hours prior planting.  Anemones are hardy to zone 5 without protection and can be hardy to zone 3 with some protection.
